(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The present contempt petition has been instituted for the wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court on 30.03.2026 in W.P.No.13041 of 2024.
2. This Court directed the District Collector to dispose the statutory appeal filed under Section 10 of the Land Encroachment Act, 1905. It is not a dispute that the District Collector had already disposed of the appeal filed

under Section 10 and the aggrieved encroachers preferred a revision before the Government, which is pending.
