ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.267 of 2026 on the file of the first respondent for the offences

punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), and 351(3) read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
2. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) Puducherry, appearing for the respondent police would submit that the investigation in Crime No.267 of 2026 has been completed and the final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Puducherry on 09.08.2026.
