ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.01 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent, for offences punishable under Section 3 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 and Sections 294(b), 34, 498-A and 506(ii) of IPC.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the petitioner appeared in person and submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
