ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to Cr.No.333 of 2024 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same and thus render justice.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the documents placed on record.
3. On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, would submit that upon completion of investigation filed the final report and the same has been taken on file as C.C.No.264 of 2024 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mannargudi, Thiruvarur District. Hence, the prayer sought for in this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.
4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 28-10-2026 AH/PVL
