ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for both parties are present.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a copy of the order dated 17.02.2026 passed in H.M.O.P.No.176 of 2025 and submitted that both parties have mutually agreed to dissolve their marriage and have obtained a decree of divorce by mutual consent before the Family Court, Tirunelveli. In view of the same, the learned counsel appearing for both parties submitted that the parties have agreed to withdraw the present revision petition.
3.
