ORDER

These civil revision petitions have been filed against the fair and decretal order dated 07.12.2023 passed in I.A.Nos.1 & 2 of 2022 in O.S.No.15 of 2009 respectively, on the file of the District Munsif, Sholinghur, Vellore District, wherein the applications filed by the petitioner/plaintiff for reopening the plaintiff’s evidence and to summon the Sub Registrar, Nemili for deposing evidence, came to be dismissed by the Court below.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 6 & 7 and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 8 to 10.

3. The suit has been filed by the petitioner seeking for the relief of partition and for allotment of the share. The suit was at the stage of final arguments. At that stage, these applications came to be filed by the plaintiff. The Court below found that the suit was pending for more than 10 years and the evidence on the side of the defendants was closed on 28.03.2022 and the suit was at the stage of final hearing and at that stage, the present applications were filed without any valid reason assigned by the petitioner/plaintiff.

4. The order passed by the Court below does not suffer from any perversity warranting interference of this Court. Hence the civil revision petitions are dismissed. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs. 28-10-2026 Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes Neutral Citation:Yes/No ss To
