ORDER
The main grievance of the petitioner in this Revision is with regard to the Execution Petition filed by the first respondent in respect of item 3 of the suit property.
2. The first respondent herein filed an affidavit before this Court stating she would not press the Execution Petition in respect of Item 3 of the suit property. The relevant averment reads as follows:- “5. iii. In respect of item 3 of the schedule mentioned property, punjai survey No.191/1 with an extent of 0.05.5 hectare with ¼ th share in the well is concerned I have no issue and I am not going to press the Execution Court to execute the decree in respect of item 3 in the suit schedule property bearing survey No.191/1 with an extent of 0.05.5 hectare.”
3. In the light of the affidavit filed by the first respondent that she will not press Execution Petition in respect of Item 3 of the suit property, no further orders are necessary in this Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
