ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking for a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruppur to dispose of the suit in OS No.84 of 2024, within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and carefully perused the materials available on record.
3. Considering the grievance expressed by the petitioner and taking note of the fact that the suit is now at the stage of cross-examination of P.W.3, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruppur, to dispose of the suit in OS No.84 of 2024, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
