2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and carefully perused the materials available on record.
3. Considering the grievance expressed by the petitioner and taking note of the fact that the trial is yet to commence, the learned III Additional Family Court, Chennai, is directed to dispose of HMOP No.878 of 2025 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
