ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the proceedings dated 09.10.2026, wherein the application filed by the petitioner for stay of the operation of the order passed in RLTOP came to be adjourned for filing counter.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and carefully perused the materials available on record and this Court also carefully went through the order passed by the Court below.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the period granted by the Rent Controller to vacate the premises and hand over possession came to an end on 19.10.2026. Therefore, steps are being taken to evict the petitioner when the appeal is pending and the Court below has not passed any order in the stay application.
4. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the stay application in IA No.1 of 2026 is posted for hearing on 30.10.2026. In view of the same, there

shall be a direction to the District Judge, Udhagamandalam, to pass orders in IA No.1 of 2026 on or before 06.11.2026.
5. In the result, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of in the above terms. No Costs.
