ORDER
On 14.10.2026, when the Civil Revision Petition came up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption “for dismissal” on 27.10.2026. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is listed today under the caption “for dismissal”. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In such circumstances, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the Civil Revision Petition for non-prosecution.
