ORDER
This application is filed with a prayer to grant an order of interim injunction restraining the Respondents, their agents, servants, representatives and/or any person claiming through or under them from selling, transferring, alienating, encumbering, dismantling, removing, shifting, scrapping, parting with possession of, creating any third party rights or otherwise dealing with the Wind Turbine Generator or any part thereof more fully described in the Schedule to the judges summons, pending payment, realisation and/or enforcement of the amounts awarded in favour of the Applicant under the Arbitral award dated 17.12.2025.
