ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) Learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that subject land is a natham land. Therefore, landless poor person is eligible for assignment.
2. Learned counsel for the 5th respondent would submit that assignment patta has already been granted in favour of wife of the 5th respondent.
3. That being the factum, allegation regarding encroachment as such made against the 5th respondent cannot be sustained.
