ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners, in all fairness submitted that no instructions have been received from the petitioners. However, he submitted that a maintenance case has already been filed, wherein maintenance was ordered.
2. In such view of the factual submissions, this Court is of the firm view that at this length of time, nothing would be survived. Hence, the present writ petition is closed.
