ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction, directing the 1st respondent to take appropriate steps to collect the amount as per certificates given by the authority under Payment of Gratuity Act dated 22.12.2025, from the 2nd respondent without further delay.
2. The petitioners, who are former employees of the second respondent, have not been paid their gratuity amounts despite having attained the age of superannuation. The Deputy Commissioner of Labour passed individual orders dated 22.12.2025, directing the Collector of Tirupathur to recover the respective amounts along with interest at a 15% compounded rate. However, the first respondent has failed to act upon these orders to date. In this connection, the petitioners have also submitted a joint representation dated 09.06.2026, which has received no response. Hence, this writ petition has been filed.
3. Learned counsel for the first respondent submits that the first respondent will consider and implement, in accordance with law, the petitioners' representation dated 09.06.2026, as well as the orders passed by the appropriate authority under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 on 22.12.2025 and 19.05.2026 in respect of each petitioner.

4. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to dispose the petitioners joint representation dated 09.06.2026 in terms of order(s) dated 22.12.2025, within a period of three(3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
