ORDER
Pursuant to the directions given by this Court on 14.10.2026, the petitioner and the third respondent reported that they appeared before the second respondent. At that time, a compromise was arrived at between the parties and the third respondent agreed to pay a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- to the petitioner. Of this amount, Rs.50,000/- was paid on 20.10.2026 and that the balance of Rs.1 lakh will be paid on or before 20.12.2026.
