ORDER
The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action against the third respondent by considering the representation of the petitioner concerned dated 24.08.2026.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.D.Rajaboopathy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that enquiry was conducted and closed by relegating the parties to approach the civil Court.
