ORDER
The petitioner is the Secretary of the respondent co-operative society / a common cadre employee. He has been placed under suspension just few days before his date of superannuation. Challenging the same the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
2. In view of the amendment in Rule 56 (1-A) of the Fundamental Rules, this writ petition is allowed. The impugned order is set aside. The respondents shall proceed as against the petitioner in accordance with law. No costs.
