ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to treat her suspension period as that of the earned leave.
2. When this writ petition has been taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader by referring to the proceedings of the District Collector, Sivagangai, dated 22.10.2026 submits that the petitioner has already encashed by surrendering the earned leave and therefore, the request of the petitioner has been rejected. A copy of the said proceedings is also placed before this court and also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
