ORDER
After submitting an application bearing File No. MD3066412357326 for issuance of passport, the petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to process said application.
2. Mr.R.Senthil Kumar, learned Standing Counsel, accepts notice for the first respondent. Mr.R.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), accepts notice for respondents 2 and 3.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for respondents 2 and 3 submits that a charge sheet was filed in C.C.No.214 of 2026 before the Judicial Magistrate-I, Sattur.
