ORDER
After submitting an application bearing File No. MDA067106533026 for issuance of passport, the petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to process said application.
2. Mr.V.Boominathan, learned Standing Counsel, accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2. Mr.R.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), accepts notice for the third respondent.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the third respondent submits that a charge sheet was filed in P.R.C.No.169 of 2026 before the Judicial Magistrate-II, Madurai.
4. In view of the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed
