ORDER
After submitting representations dated 08.09.2026 and 22.09.2026 to permit the petitioner and other residents of Ayan Papagudi Village to paint and maintain the existing Thorana Vayil of the Thadiyar Udaiya Ayyanar Temple, the petitioner has approached this Court for directions in that regard.
2. Accepting notice for respondents 1 to 3, Mr.R.Parthiban, learned Special Government Pleader, submits that there is a dispute between persons belonging to the Papagudi Village and persons belonging to the Pottagavayal Village. He also submits that persons from the latter village have submitted a representation for the inclusion of their names on the Thorana Vayil.
3. After providing a reasonable opportunity to the representatives of both the villages, the third respondent is directed to pass orders on the rival representations within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of a
