ORDER
This writ petition is filed by the President of Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Society, challenging the revision order passed by the 1st respondent in favor of the 2nd respondent.
2. The second respondent, pending this writ petition, died on 28.09.2023 and a memo was also filed to this effect. Even after lapse of more than three years, no steps have been taken to bring the legal heirs of the deceased 2nd respondent on record.
