ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by N.Sathish Kumar J.) This petition has been filed seeking for payment out of the interest lying in the credit of OSA.No.7 of 2000 to the bank account of the petitioner.

2. While filing the appeal, a sum of Rs.2 crores was deposited to the credit of OSA.No.7 of 2000 and the remaining Rs.3 crores was paid to the petitioner. According to the petitioner, he was already permitted to withdraw the principal amount, however, interest have not been paid to the petitioner. Hence, this petition.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent seeks time for getting instructions in this regard, however, he submitted that the appeal is already dismissed vide judgment dated 29.07.2005 and no further appeal is filed.
4. In such view of the matter, once the matter has already reached finality and the principal amount is already ordered to be paid to the petitioner and remaining is only the interest of that amount which is lying in the credit of the above appeal, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the accrued interest lying the credit of OSA.No.7 of 2000.
