ORDER
This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 210 days in re-presenting the above petition.
2. On perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court finds that the reasons stated therein have not been satisfactorily explained. Hence, the petitioner has failed to establish sufficient cause for allowing the petition.
