ORDER
The contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience in not complying with the orders of this Court dated 12.01.2012 in W.P.No.230 of 2011.

2. Mrs.Inthu Karunakaran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the orders of this Court has been complied with. She has also submitted the compliance report in Court, a copy of which was also handed over to the counsel for the petitioner.
3. The petitioner shall reimburse the charges that have been incurred for the formation of 'Arani Vaikkal" and the payment shall be made by the petitioner directly to his vendor.
