ORDER
By order dated 17.09.2025, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Palani Division, was directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the third respondent therein within two months.

2. Learned Government Advocate for the respondent has handed over order dated 23.10.2026 disposing of the appeal.
3. Learned counsel for the contempt petitioner submits that said appeal was disposed of without providing a reasonable opportunity to the parties.
4. By leaving it open to the petitioner to assail order dated 23.10.2026 in accordance with law, this Contempt Petition is closed.
