2. The 4th respondent / Inspector of Police is present before this Court. He tendered apology stating that he will not violate the conditions that will be imposed by the Court in future.
3. Recording the said statement, this Contempt Petition is closed. The 4th respondent / Inspector of Police is directed to adhere to the condition imposed by the Court in future without any deviation/violation.
