ORDER
By order dated 16.12.2025, the second respondent in W.P.(MD) No.35966 of 2025 was directed to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 18.09.2024 with regard to the alleged encroachment by respondents
CONT P(MD) No. 2744 of 2026 3 to 6.
2. Appearing on behalf of the respondent, Mr.S.Iniyan Karthik, learned Government Advocate, submits that the order was complied with and that it was found that there is no encroachment.
