ORDER
By order dated 27.04.2026, the first respondent was directed to pass orders on the petitioner’s application within three months. Alleging that an order was initially issued by the second respondent and that said order was mechanically reproduced in subsequent order dated 16.09.2026 of the first respondent, present contempt petition is filed.
2. If the petitioner is of the view that order dated 16.09.2026 was not issued in conformity with principles of natural justice or in conformity with law, it is always open to the petitioner to challenge said order.
