This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st Respondent Police to execute the Bailable Warrant which is issued by the Learned Trial Court against the Respondent No.2 to 6 on 22.07.2025 in S.T.C.No.1238 of 2025 which is pending in the file of FTC IV Metropolitan Magistrate George Town.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for the first respondent. Perused the materials available on record.
3. The petitioner is the complainant, who lodged a complaint against the respondent Nos.2 to 5 herein for the offence punishable under Section 138 r/w 141 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and the same has been taken cognizance in STC No.1238 of 2025 on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate (Fast Track Court No.IV), George Town, Chennai. After taking cognizance of the complaint, the Trial Court issued summons to the respondent Nos.2 to 5 herein. However, on receipt of the summons, the respondent Nos.2 to 5 failed to appear before the Trial Court. Therefore, the Trial Court issued a Bailable Warrant against them, which is pending for execution before the first respondent.
4. In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to execute the Bailable Warrant issued against the respondent Nos.2 to 5 herein in STC No.1238 of 2025 on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate (Fast Track Court No.IV), George Town, Chennai, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to furnish the correct address of the respondent Nos.2 to 5 and to cooperate with the first respondent while executing the Bailable Warrant.
