Prayer: This petition is filed under section 528 of BNSS to set aside the order dated 21.04.2026 passed by the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Ranipet, in Crl.M.P.No.384 of 2026, and consequently direct the de- freezing/reactivation of the Petitioners bank account bearing No.0969101023465 maintained with Canara Bank, thereby permitting the Petitioner to operate the said account without any restriction, and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
