The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and also made an endorsement in the Court bundle, today, to that effect.
2. In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the endorsement so made, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. At this stage, considering the plea seeking dispensation of their personal appearance before the Trial Court, the petitioners are permitted to dispense with their personal appearance, except when their presence is insisted upon by the Trial Court. For the hearings from which the petitioners are absent, they shall be represented by their respective counsel and shall cooperate with the Trial Court for the expeditious disposal of the case.
