The learned proxy counsel for the applicant presses for consideration of the present CP. Notice in the instant CP was issued on 18.05.2026, and till date no compliance affidavit/status report has been filed by the respondents. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents have challenged the order dated 10.07.2025 before the Hon'ble High Court of Uttarakhand in W.P. (S/B) No. 685/2026 along with the application for stay to the effect and operation of the order dated 10.07.2025 and seeks further three weeks' time to file the full compliance affidavit. The respondents are granted further three weeks' time to file the full compliance affidavit along with the status report of the pending W.P. (S/B) No. 685/2026. Re-notify on 18.11.2026 for further consideration.
