ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.269 of 2026 on the file of the first respondent police, for offences under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(1) of BNS Act r/w Sections 3(1)(r) and 3(1) (s) of SC/ST prevention of Atrocities Act, 1989 as against the petitioner.
2. On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent police would submit that the investigation in Crime No. 269 of 2026 has been completed and charge sheet was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Kunnam, Perambalur District on 26.10.2026.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
