ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking to dispose of the maintenance case preferred by the first respondent herein in M.C. No.640 of 2022 on the file of the learned IV Additional Family Court, Chennai within a time frame to be

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.
3. The petitioner is facing case under Section 125 CrPC in M.C. No.640 of 2022 on the file of the learned IV Additional Family Court, Chennai at the instance of his wife, the first respondent herein. Since the same has not been disposed of by the said Court, the petitioner filed this present petition.
4. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the learned IV Additional Family Court, Chennai is directed to dispose of M.C. No.640 of 2022, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.
