ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking to dispose of the maintenance case preferred by the respondents herein in M.C. No.43 of 2023 on the file of the learned Additional District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Ambur, Tirupathur District within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.
3. The petitioner is facing case under Domestic Violence Case in M.C. No.43 of 2023 on the file of the learned Additional District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Ambur, Tirupathur District at the instance of his wife, the first respondent herein. Since the same has not been disposed of by the said Court, the petitioner filed this present petition.
4. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the learned Additional District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Ambur, Tirupathur District is directed to dispose of M.C. No.43 of 2023, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.
