Judgment
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by N.Sathish Kumar J.) Today, when the appeals were taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant in all the appeals submitted that the suit itself had been withdrawn, and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in these appeals. She also made an endorsement to that effect in the case files.
