JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by N.Sathish Kumar J.) Learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the matter has been settled in O.P.No.5304 of 2025 on the file of the II Additional Family Court, Chennai, by order dated 11.06.2026 and the matter has attained finality by virtue of the said order and hence, the present Appeal has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
