ORDER

This Review Application has been filed seeking a review of the interim order dated 01.10.2026 passed by this Court in W.P. No. 40365 of 2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court, vide said order dated 01.10.2026, recorded the undertaking of the petitioner to remit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the eighth respondent within a period of two weeks, i.e., on or before 16.10.2026. He further submits that it was understood that the said payment would be subject to the final outcome of the Writ Petition; however, no such observation was explicitly incorporated in the interim order.

3. On the other hand, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the eighth and ninth respondents submits that the petitioner has failed to comply with the directions issued in the interim order till date. He further contends that since the order has not been complied with, the petitioner has committed contempt of Court.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondents, the limited relief sought in this Review Application is a clarification that the deposit of Rs.1,00,000/- shall be subject to the final outcome of the Writ Petition. Since this Court had passed only an interim order on 01.10.2026, it is needless to say that any interim order passed during the pendency of a case is always subject to the final outcome of the main Writ Petition.

5. With the above clarification, this Review Application stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 27-10-2026 Asi To
