ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 02.04.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner, as well as one Mr.Ambrose Britto, retired from military and joined in Bomb Squad. Though both were joined on the same day, there was a huge difference in their salaries. As on 02.04.2022, the petitioner’s salary was Rs.30,300/-, whereas Mr.Ambrose Britto was receiving Rs.38,300/-.

3. The learned counsel would further submit that the disparity in salary is without any basis. Hence, the petitioner has given a representation seeking to parity with Mr. Ambrose Britto.

4. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that if reasonable time is granted, the respondents would consider the petitioner’s representation.
