The present Writ Petition has been instituted to direct respondent Nos.1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.01.2025 to remove encroachments made by the 5th respondent in public pathway situated at Ward No.D, Block No.28, Walajah Taluk, Ranipet Registration District, Ranipet District in T.S.No.60/1, 67.0 sq.Mtr., T.S.No.61/1, 68.0 Sq.Mtr., T.S.No.62/1, 83.0 Sq.Mtr., T.S.No.63/(16/7A) 16.0 Sq.Mtr., T.S.No.64/1 (16/7B) 92.0 Sq.Mtr., T.S.No.65/1 (16/8) 96.0 Sq.Mtr., T.S.No.4/1, 38.0 Sq.Mtr. and T.S.No.4/2 70.0 Sq.Mtr.
2. Mr.V.Natarajan, Tahsildar, Walajah Taluk has filed a status report dated 21.10.2026, stating that survey had been conducted

on 17.10.2026 and Authorities found that there is no encroachment. Tahsildar has further stated that even in respect of Ranipet Town, Ward- D, Block No.28, T.S.Nos.62/1, 61/1, 64/1, 65/1, 4/1 and 4/2, there are no encroachments.
3. In view of the fact that no encroachments were identified in respect of the subject property, no further consideration is required. Consequently, the present Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
