ORDER
The prayer in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to treat the service of the petitioner from March 2009 until May 2011 as regular service, and to permit the petitioner to continue in regular service until the end of the academic year 2011, along with all consequential benefits arising out of such employment.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that the petitioner has already retired from service on 31.05.2011.

3. In view of the petitioner's retirement, no triable issue survives for consideration in this writ petition at this juncture.
