COMMON ORDER
These Writ Petitions have been filed countering the claims made by the respective parties in respect of survey to be conducted as claimed by the petitioner in W.P.(MD)No.20353 of 2026.
2. Heard the learned Counsel on either side.
3. During the course of hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that a civil dispute relating to the title deed under which the petitioner in W.P.(MD)No.20353 of 2026 had acquired title is pending consideration in O.S.No.78 of 2025 on the file of the Subordinate Judge Manamadurai. In that regard, this Court is of the view that an interlocutory application seeking for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner for surveying the property with the help of a Surveyor could be sought for in the pending civil suit pending between the parties.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petitions are disposed of granting liberty to the respective parties to take necessary application before the Subordinate Judge, Manamadurai, in O.S.No.78 of 2025 and if such an application is made, the learned Subordinate Judge, Manamadurai is requested to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.
