ORDER
Seeking to direct the respondents to implement the resolution dated 10.12.2025 passed by the 3rd respondent/Town vending committee for permitting to conduct street vending business in alternative place Namely Chathiram Bus stand Lalitha Jewellery to Joseph school entrance, this writ petition is filed.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent corporation submitted that the petitioner's plight has already been addressed and he is permitted to conduct street vending business at Chathiram Bus stand Lalitha Jewellery to Joseph school entrance.
