PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner pursuant to the judgment and decree dated 04.10.2013 in O.S. No.9 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Kulithalai and to take appropriate legal action against the respondents 3 and 4 in accordance with law .

ORDER
The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner pursuant to the judgment and decree dated 04.10.2013 in O.S. No.9 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Kulithalai and to take appropriate legal action against the respondents 3 and 4 in accordance with law.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.), on instructions, would submit that enquiry was conducted and closed. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
