PRAYER: Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to execute the Sale Deed in favour of petitioner before the concerned Sub-Registrar Office as per the sale certificate issued by 1st respondent dated 23.06.2023, hand over actual physical possession of the scheduled lands measuring 41.75 Acres along with all connected original title documents and the copy of Registered M.O.D., within a stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.

ORDER
Seeking to direct the respondents to execute the sale deed in favour of petitioner before the concerned Sub-Registrar Office as per the sale certificate issued by 1st respondent dated 23.06.2023, hand over actual physical possession of the scheduled lands measuring 41.75 Acres along with all connected original title documents and the copy of registered M.O.D., this writ petition is filed.
2. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's claim is considered and they are ready to register the sale deed in favour of the petitioner as per the sale certificate issued by the 1 st respondent, dated 23.06.2023 within a period of four weeks.
3. Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.
4. Recording the same, the respondents are directed to execute a sale deed in favour of the petitioner before the concerned Sub-Registrar Office as per the sale certificate issued by 1st respondent dated 23.06.2023
WP(MD) No. 26595 of 2026 and hand over the actual physical possession of the scheduled lands measuring 41.75 Acres along with all connected original title documents and the copy of registered M.O.D., within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
