PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent herein to dispose of the Patta Revision Petition Na.Ka.P4.17897/2026 pending on the file of 1st respondent within a reasonable time and consequently forbear the 2nd respondent herein from mutating revenue records in respect of properties covered under the Patta Revision Petition Na.Ka.P4.17897/2026 pending disposal of the said revision petition pending before the 1st respondent.

ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus seeking for a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the revision petition preferred by the petitioner in Na.Ka.P4.17897/2026.
2. Heard the learned Counsel on either side. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.
3. Considering the fact that the petitioner's revision petition is pending consideration with the first respondent, this Court is of the view that the first respondent could be directed to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner in Na.Ka.P4.17897/2026 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as to all other interested parties.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the revision petition filed by the petitioner in Na.Ka.P4.17897/2026, in the manner as indicated above
