ORDER
The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the fourth respondent to give police protection for conducting the Temple renovation work in the ‘Thenmalai Karuppasamy Temple’ situated at Sithivinayagar Kovil Street, Sivagiri, Tenkasi District, with peaceful manner.
2. Mr.P.Karthick, learned counsel, filed change of vakalat for the writ petitioner.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police, on instructions, would submit that the request of the petitioner to grant police protection
WP(MD) No. 3453 of 2024 for conducting the aforesaid temple renovation work has been considered and rejected vide order dated 12.10.2026 and that, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
