ORDER
The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent 1 to 6 to enquire and take action against the respondents 7 to 10 for ex- communicating the petitioner and his family members in Kondaiyan street, Nerkuppai, Thiruppathur taluk, Sivagangai district by considering the petitioners representation dated 07.02.2024.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl) on instructions, would submit that enquiry was conducted and closed as there is no restriction for the petitioner to worship in the subject temple.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also conceded that as on date the petitioner is not restricted from worshipping the temple.
